Amber Irfan is the heart behind Style & Smile. She founded the salon and training academy in 2013 with one dream: to combine beauty with empowerment.
Over the years, she has trained more than 150 women in beauty and aesthetics, helping them build confidence, find dignified work, and support their families. Her work with Afghan refugee women and marginalized communities has made Style & Smile more than just a salon — it’s a movement for change.
Amber is also a pioneer in bringing Clinical Aromatherapy and Cosmetic Acupuncture to Pakistan, offering affordable and innovative wellness solutions for women. With her vision, Style & Smile has become a place where beauty meets dignity, and every woman leaves not just looking better, but feeling stronger.

Founded in 2013 by Amber Irfan, Style & Smile began as a small salon in Islamabad with a big vision — to create not just beauty, but dignity and opportunity for women.
From the very start, we saw beauty as more than skin deep. For us, it was about building confidence, hope, and empowerment in women who needed it most — from marginalized local communities to Afghan refugee women living in Pakistan.
Over the years, Style & Smile has grown into much more than a salon. We are a training academy, a wellness hub, and a social enterprise that combines affordable beauty services with holistic therapies such as clinical aromatherapy and cosmetic acupuncture — making us pioneers in alternative wellness and aesthetics in Pakistan.
To date, we have trained 150+ women in beauty and aesthetics, enabling them to earn sustainable incomes, support their families, and break cycles of vulnerability. Our mission is simple yet powerful: empowering women while redefining beauty as a force for positive change.

We’ve trained 150+ women since 2013, offering skills, confidence, and pathways to income.
Programs include beauty basics, makeup, permanent makeup, aromatherapy, and acupuncture.
